John Fay MBE
John was awarded an MBE for services to leadership in 2004. Since then, 45,000 people and numerous businesses have benefited from programmes designed and run by John and the Delta V Partners team. He has a unique background compared to others in this field and has the humility to operate at all levels.
John’s first 15 years in business were spent in the enterprise software sector. Working for an IBM software house he led full corporate projects for several blue chip organisations across multiple sectors. Furthermore, he has lived and worked in the US, Japan, Singapore and The Netherlands, here he honed impressive business acumen as well as developing a keen interest in the themes of leadership, purpose and resilience. Recognising early on how critical these strands would be in building the businesses of the future, John established Delta V Partners in 2004.
John is a disciplined operator whose approach is based on academic research and insights gained from scientific theory coupled with years of experience. As a respected authority on purpose and leadership with an in-depth understanding of business, he has become a go-to contact at C-Suite level and has built excellent relationships with a large number of companies over the years, with many returning to him time and again for his expertise.
Rosalie is a Chartered Psychologist (BSc, MSc, CPsychol, AFBPSs) and consultant with experience working with organisations across a range of industries and in-house in FSTE 100 companies. In addition to a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology, she is qualified in a range of psychometric assessments and as a coach.
Commercially astute with a strong strategic focus she helps organisations define and realise their leadership ambitions. She excels in the pragmatic application of psychology theory to connect people and organisations to enable them to succeed. She has experience working at the most senior levels to select and coach the right people to lead organisations to achieve ambitions.
Rosalie has built a reputation for delivering cutting edge, pragmatic and evidence-based development. She values close relationships and strong connections and is adept at forging partnerships. A natural activator, Rosalie makes things happen and applies her drive and energy to deliver measurable, world class programmes that help transform people, cultures and organisations.
Edward Gordon Lennox
As a change and leadership consultant, coach and facilitator, Edward brings 18 years of experience, clarity, relevance, energy and imagination to proven organisational, team and personal change approaches. He coaches and develops Boards and top teams to fully understand the change need, and helps them define their purpose, values, ambition and strategy. This then allows leaders to align and engage their people and support the required learning and development, resilience and rigour to sustain success in an ever changing environment.
Edward won the Sword of Honour at Sandhurst before spending nine years as an officer in the British Army and played for and has also captained cricket and rugby teams at first class level. His corporate career has included operational, brand and marketing director roles in the retail (Whitbread), hospitality (Showplace) and service sectors (National Car Parks).
Paddy has over 23 years’ experience in the pharma/healthcare sector and has spent most of that time working as a coach, mentor and trainer. His real passion is people and how he can help them develop, grow and become more successful in both business and life. CIPD qualified and winner of a National Training Award and subsequent judge of the competition, he has a strong background in learning and development.
Paddy brings a wealth of experience, having worked on both client and consultancy side with Eli Lilly and Adelphi. Paddy was UK Training Manager where he led a team during an incredibly exciting and busy time as Lilly went through an unprecedented growth phase. He has also held senior commercial and senior market access roles at local, European and global levels which has given Paddy excellent hands on commercial experience.
Paddy is a master practitioner in the Resilience Quotient Inventory (RQi), a psychometric tool designed to help individuals and teams discover how resilient they are. He is certified to deliver workshops and coach on the RQi; this allows Paddy to work with clients to help improve resilience and wellbeing and to increase performance and outcomes at work.
